Attorney Nilda Baltalı specializes in corporate law, media and information technology law, personal data protection (KVKK), labor law, and criminal law. She provides comprehensive legal services to both individual and corporate clients, with extensive experience in contract drafting, dispute resolution, compliance processes, and litigation.

She graduated from İzmir Atatürk High School and earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2018. She later obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Human Rights Law from Istanbul Bilgi University in 2023, and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Anadolu University. She has been a registered member of the Istanbul Bar Association since 2019.

During her internship at Demirören Media (Kanal D, CNN Türk), Attorney Baltalı gained practical experience in broadcasting, copyright, and advertising law. She began her professional career at Uysal & Tolan Law Firm as a trainee and later as an associate, focusing on health and labor law. She then founded Nilda Baltalı Law Firm, where for four years she represented clients in press law, criminal law, and labor disputes. Most recently, she worked at Ertuğrul Law Partnership, advising on corporate law, media and IT law, and KVKK compliance.

Attorney Baltalı is an active member of the Women’s Rights Law Commission and the Refugee and Migrant Rights Center within the Istanbul Bar Association. She also serves on the Board of the First Children and Women Association and remains committed to legal advocacy in the areas of gender equality, children’s rights, and the prevention of violence against women.

She is fluent in English and has intermediate proficiency in Spanish and French.
