Law Clerk – Chicago, Illinois Law Offices of Metin Serbest PLLC seeks a Law Clerk.

Under attorney supervision, assist in the preparation of immigration petitions, waivers, humanitarian, employment, business, and family-based applications; conduct legal research related to immigration, human rights, and international law; draft legal memoranda, case summaries, motions, briefs, and supporting documentation; review and translate Turkish legal documents; assist with consular processing documentation; and maintain case files using legal case management software.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law (U.S. or foreign equivalent); 24 months experience as Lawyer, Legal Consultant, or Law Clerk; Fluency in Turkish and English.

Salary: $84,053 per year.
