    Green Card Through Investment

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program provides a direct pathway to U.S. permanent residency for qualified foreign investors and their immediate families. Established by Congress in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment, the EB-5 program allows investors to obtain a Green Card by investing in a new commercial enterprise that benefits the U.S. economy and creates employment for American workers.

    Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the EB-5 program, an investor must:

    1. Invest a minimum of $1,050,000 in a new commercial enterprise, or $800,000 if the project is located in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) or qualifying infrastructure project.
    2. Create or preserve at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers within two years of the investor’s admission to the United States as a Conditional Permanent Resident.
    3. Demonstrate a lawful source of funds, including a clear paper trail for investment capital through business ownership, employment income, property sales, or other legitimate means.
    4. Participate in the management or policy direction of the enterprise, either directly or through an approved Regional Center.

    Investment Options

    1. Direct Investment:
The investor establishes or invests directly in a U.S. business, actively participating in management and ensuring the creation of 10 qualifying jobs.
    2. Regional Center Investment:
The investor contributes capital through a USCIS-designated Regional Center, which manages pooled investments and allows for indirect job creation. This option offers a more flexible, less hands-on approach for investors.

    Key Benefits

    • Permanent residency for the investor, spouse, and unmarried children under 21.
      • No language, education, or business background requirement.
      • Freedom to live, work, and study anywhere in the United States.
      • Pathway to U.S. citizenship after maintaining permanent resident status for five years.
      • Option to invest in pre-approved Regional Center projects for streamlined adjudication.
      • Potential return on investment while contributing to U.S. job growth and infrastructure.
