Director of Operations

Sura Salahadin Bozdaş serves as the Director of Operations at the Law Offices of Metin Serbest, where she oversees the firm’s daily administrative, operational, and human resources functions across all offices. She works closely with Attorney Metin Serbest and firm leadership to ensure the seamless execution of organizational goals, strategic initiatives, and cross-departmental coordination.

In her role, Sura manages office operations, personnel administration, workflow systems, scheduling, and client service processes, ensuring that all internal functions align with the firm’s standards of excellence and efficiency. She is responsible for staff coordination, onboarding, performance oversight, and inter-office communication, maintaining smooth collaboration between attorneys, case managers, and administrative staff.

Sura is also directly involved in process improvement, project implementation, and policy development, helping the firm optimize productivity and maintain operational consistency across its U.S. and international offices. Her work requires precision, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment.

Known for her leadership, adaptability, and organizational insight, Sura plays a central role in supporting the firm’s continued growth and ensuring that every client receives a timely and professional experience.

She speaks Arabic and Turkish, and is fluent in English.
