Buse Yüksel is a Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Metin Serbest, where she focuses on immigration and asylum law. Since joining the firm in November 2024, she has provided dedicated support in preparing complex legal filings, organizing evidence, and assisting attorneys throughout immigration and removal proceedings.

Buse plays a vital role in helping clients navigate the intricacies of the U.S. immigration system. She assists in drafting asylum applications, compiling supporting documents, coordinating USCIS and ICE interview materials, and preparing clients for hearings. Her commitment to clarity and precision ensures that each case is handled with thorough preparation and compassion.

She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University Faculty of Law in 2024, where she developed a deep interest in human rights and immigration law. After relocating to the United States, she further strengthened her understanding of U.S. immigration procedures and administrative processes, building a strong foundation in both legal and client-focused advocacy.
